Hannie van den BerghHannie van den Bergh
Hannie van den Bergh (1964) studied ‘monumental design’ at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam (1985-1988) and she studied with Luciano Fabro at the Accademia de Belle Arti di Milano.

Since 1992 Hannie uses film and graphic techniques in her art works, some of which were included in the collection of the Dutch Textile Museum and the collection of the bank VSB. Hannie also works as a graphic designer.

Since 1998 Hannie has been with Theater Adhoc as a graphic designer. Moreover, she designs Adhoc’s stage settings, often using video projections.

Jan van den BergJan van den Berg
Jan van den Berg (1961) graduated ‘cum laude’ in 1987 at the KU Nijmegen (now Radboud University). He chose his own study path and courses, among others ‘social and political philosophy’. After graduating he decided to study at the Amsterdam School of Arts, which he left after successfully completing the first year ‘art direction’.

Jan was a teacher at several theatre schools, worked full-time at Theater de Balie and part-time at DasArts in Amsterdam. He was one of the founders of the ‘Vereniging van Vlakkevloer Theaters’ and joined the board until December 1995.

Since 1996 he has mainly been focussing on creating his own plays and projects with Theater Adhoc.
